When Kia’s 2020 National Dealer Meeting was forced to move from the Cristal Ballroom at The Wynn Las Vegas to the Internet, the foremost challenge became overcoming feelings of “video fatigue” that had washed over the Auto Industry with all product launches and dealer communications shifting online for almost a year in response to the COVID crisis.
MBA responded by utilizing a state-of-the-art XR soundstage built within the studio space of our Irvine, CA location to create a cinematic journey through Kia’s brand messaging. Kia executives and performers appeared in exotic “locations” to reveal new products and tell the story of Kia’s past year’s successes while showcasing the brand’s future opportunities in unexpected and imaginative ways.
